Read-only service
Pip Coaster displays information received from MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 terminals. It is not a broker, does not hold funds and cannot place, change or close an order. Statistics, charts and notifications are informational and do not constitute investment advice or a personalised recommendation.
Your responsibilities
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to monitor. You must protect EA tokens, access methods and sharing codes, keep your information accurate, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for everyone to whom you grant access and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Accuracy and availability
Figures may be delayed, incomplete or different from the broker because of the terminal, broker feed, network, device or maintenance. You must verify critical information with your broker and must not rely on Pip Coaster as your only control or alert system. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability; liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Service and content
The software, design and Pip Coaster brand remain protected by their respective intellectual property rights. You retain rights in the data you provide and grant us only the permission required to operate the service. The service is currently free and does not require a payment card; this does not create a right to permanent availability or unchanged features.
Changes and applicable law
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance or operational reasons and will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible. These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or the jurisdiction available to consumers under applicable law.
