Cookie policy
Session cookie
The twinbot_session cookie keeps you signed in and normally lasts up to 90 days. It is HttpOnly, Secure in production and SameSite=Lax. It is essential to provide the authenticated dashboard and therefore is not used for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Local storage
Your browser stores the selected language, theme and certain chart or display preferences locally. These values improve the interface and are not used to follow you across other websites. You can remove them through your browser settings, although your preferences will be reset.
Visit statistics
The public pages count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookie and stores no IP address: the address is used only to derive the country and, through a value that changes every day, to tell repeat visits apart within the same day. What is recorded is the page, the site you came from, the country and the type of device, in aggregate. It runs on the public pages only, never inside the dashboard, and the data is shared with nobody. Because it identifies no one, it needs no consent banner.
External services
No third-party tracker loads when you visit the public pages: the visit counter described above runs on our own server. If you choose Google or Facebook sign-in, your browser navigates to that provider and its own cookie policy applies there. If advertising or cross-site tracking were ever introduced, this notice and the consent controls would be updated before those technologies were activated.
